MedicalDirector Pracsoft Promotion - Ezidebit Terms and Conditions


1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the “MedicalDirector Pracsoft Promotion” offer (“Offer”).

2. The Offer is made available by Ezidebit Pty Ltd (ACN 096 902 813) (“Ezidebit”).

3. The Offer commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on [30.04.2026] until 9:00 am on [31.10.2026] (AEST) (“Offer Period”). Sign-ups for an Ezidebit Eligible Product after the Offer has concluded will not be eligible for the Offer.

4. This Offer is only open to permanent residents of Australia who are 18 years or over as at the date of becoming an Ezidebit Customer (“Eligible Customer”)

5. This offer is only available to the Eligible Customer who is using the MedicalDirector Pracsoft software suite (“MedicalDirector Pracsoft”) with access to Ezidebit’s payment solutions (Direct Debit, BPay, PayTo, phone payments, EFTPOS, Online Payment) (“Eligible Product”).

6. Eligible Customer who meets the Eligibility Requirements will receive 1 x Free Quest QT850 countertop terminal (“Terminal”) free of rental fee to support their payment processing through the MedicalDirector, and one (1) Prezzee eGift Card valued at AU$150 (inclusive of GST) (“gift” or “Prezzee eGift”).

7. To be eligible for this Offer:

a. The Eligible Customer must successfully submit their requested documentation for the Ezidebit onboarding process to be finalised during the dates of the Offer Period through an Ezidebit Sales Representative. These include a completed CSA, upload of bank statements and other supporting documentation as requested by Ezidebit. If Ezidebit, in its sole discretion, declines the application, this Eligibility Requirement will not be met.

b. The Eligible Customer must not be a current customer at the start date of the Offer Period.

c. The Eligible Customer must have a valid mobile number and email address in their submitted applicable; and

d. The Referrer and the Referred Customer must not be an employee of Ezidebit Pty Ltd or any of its Related Bodies Corporate.

(Collectively “Eligible Requirements”)

8. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer for Offer including a corporate policy rate.

9. Once an Eligible Customer has satisfied the Eligible Requirements, they will be provided with the Terminal and may continue to use of the Terminal free of rental fee while they remain active customer under the CSA.

10. If the Eligible Customer terminates the CSA or cease using Ezidebit’s services for any reason, the Eligible Customer must return the Terminal to the designated

address within thirty (30) days of receiving a return notice from Ezidebit. The Terminal must be returned in good working condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), Ezidebit (including employees, agents and Related Bodies Corporate) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to: a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Ezidebit’s control); b. any theft, unauthorised access or third- party interference; c. any tax liability incurred by a customer (independent financial advice should be sought); or d. accepting and/or using a gift/prize. Nothing in these conditions of entry restricts, excludes, modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

12. Ezidebit at its sole discretion and at any time can amend, withdraw, cancel, suspend all or any part of this Offer, including suspending any part of this Offer with another offer of equal or greater value. The Referrer will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the gift or element of a gift has been substituted at equal or greater value.

13. Ezidebit is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to a participant’s spam filters or email settings.

14. Proof of identity, residency and product eligibility is at the discretion of Ezidebit. In the event that the Eligible Customer cannot provide suitable proof, they may result in forfeiture of benefit or eligibility for the benefit in whole and no substitute will be offered.

15. Ezidebit reserves the right to disqualify any person that provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.

16. Ezidebit (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Offer if an event beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer.

17. Personal information is being collected by Ezidebit for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Offer, and to assist Ezidebit to improve its services. For this purpose, personal information may be disclosed by Ezidebit to organisations, including but not limited to agents, related entities, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. By entering this Offer, a participant consents to storage and use of their personal information by Ezidebit in accordance with its Privacy Statement. If the personal information is not provided, the participant may not participate in this Offer. The Privacy Statement also contains information about how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their information, how individuals may complain about the treatment of their personal information, and how Ezidebit will deal with such a complaint.
